Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in any way, we will replace the product or issue a refund. This may include a broken or compromised seal, leakage, or any tearing or puncturing of the packaging that makes the product unsafe or unusable. Should this occur, please contact us at support@rootstrengthco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return label, and the damaged product must be returned before a replacement or refund is processed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and include the full order amount, including shipping, when the request is related to product dissatisfaction or product quality concerns. Exchanges are only offered for the same product and only in cases where the original item arrived damaged or defective.
